Flat Roofing — done properly, the first time
Flat roofs fail for one of two reasons: poor falls causing standing water, or cheap materials reaching the end of an unrealistic lifespan. We tackle both. Every flat roof we install is set to a proper minimum 1:80 fall, with insulation built up beneath rather than thin overlays bodged on top.
EPDM rubber is our default recommendation for most domestic flat roofs — it's a single, jointless sheet that flexes with the building and routinely lasts 25+ years. For larger or more complex layouts we offer high-performance torch-on felt or GRP (fibreglass) finished in your choice of colour.
Whatever system we fit, lead flashings are dressed by hand, edge trims are colour-matched, and outlets are sized correctly for the roof area. The result is a flat roof you genuinely don't have to think about for two decades.
